We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Sgt. Smalley, Det. Brown, and Officer Bailey. All three officers recently recieved commendations from the Chief of Police and Selectboard from the Town of Carroll for a number of acheivements.
These officers have shown dedication to both the Town of Carroll and to the profession of Law Enforcement. We are very proud of our officers and hope that the citizens are as well.
